Spiritual counselling is a gentle and supportive space where I work with you to explore what is unfolding in your life, helping you reconnect with yourself and gain clarity from a deeper, more holistic perspective.
As a Spiritual Counsellor trained by the Holistic Healing College, my approach is grounded in the understanding that our thoughts, emotions, body, and energy are all interconnected. Rather than focusing on one aspect alone, I support you in exploring the whole of your experience with care and awareness.
In our sessions, I offer a calm, confidential, and non-judgemental space where you can slow down and be fully heard. Together, we may gently explore:

I do not tell you what to do. Instead, I walk alongside you—supporting you to access your own insight, clarity, and inner resources in a way that feels right for you.

My work is intuitive, compassionate, and grounded in holistic healing principles. I believe that each person has a natural ability to heal and realign when given the right space and support.
Through this process, many people begin to experience greater self-awareness, emotional ease, and a deeper trust in their own inner guidance.
Sessions are available online (and in person where possible), offering a supportive space for reflection, healing, and personal growth.
